ABSTRACT
Introduction As a distinctive form of relational leadership, the impact inclusive leadership on employee work behavior has been widely considered by scholars. The purpose this study was to examine positive effects voice (promotive and prohibitive voice), moderating role organizational justice perception (distributive justice, procedural interactional justice) such effects. Methods Based social exchange theory, used multi-wave multi-source survey obtain data from 258 subordinates 52 team leaders construction companies located in China. Results results showed that positively related promotive voice.
