ABSTRACT
Background The Cultural Formulation Interview (CFI) is designed to improve understanding of patients’ mental health care needs. lack empirical evidence on the impact and effectiveness CFI use in clarifying people’s perspectives, experiences, context, identity, preventing cultural misunderstandings between migrant patients clinicians, inspired this study. objective examine effect strength therapeutic working alliances, potential mediating or moderating role perceived empathy. Materials methods A multicenter randomized controlled trial will be conducted, involving patients, their confidants, clinicians. administered intervention group, but not control group.
