ABSTRACT
Objective: To describe changes in knowledge, attitudes and preventive practices (KAP), risk perception, psychological variables of Spanish population toward the COVID-19 pandemic from July to November 2020. Methods: Three samples, each one composed by 1,000+ persons aged 18 years or older, were interviewed online three rounds, every 2 months, Results: The level knowledge on was high with percentages above 95% correct answers related ways contagion use face masks. most accepted measure mandatory masks (80–86% agreement p = 0.001), followed night curfew (63% agreement). Most participants (>80%) consistently reported using masks, ventilating spaces, washing disinfecting hands. However, perception self-efficacy low. Worry about losing a loved one, health system overload people who do not wear (>85% samples). percentage respondents felt depressed due increased round 1 3 ( 0.044). Conclusions: has degree KAP, but relatively low self-efficacy. These findings can help authorities guide containment measures campaigns addressed improve practices.
