ABSTRACT
Whipple's disease is a very rare systemic infectious disease, and few cases have been reported. However, it can be fatal if not diagnosed treated appropriately. The major clinical manifestations of this are usually digestive nervous system symptoms. majority patients male between 40 50 years old. Although respiratory symptoms rarely reported, they pose serious threat to the lives patients, especially when progress severe pneumonia. During admission hospital, Acinetobacter baumannii infection makes treatment more difficult. While most middle-aged men, attention should given diagnosis affected young women. To our knowledge, case presented in study first Tropheryma whipplei that resulted pneumonia was complicated by A. during treatment. We hope serve as reference for related future.
