ABSTRACT
Background The COVID-19 pandemic has had a major impact on health systems globally. sufficiency of hospitals' bed resource is cornerstone for access to care which can significantly the public outcomes. Objective We describe development dynamic simulation framework support agile planning during in Singapore. Materials and Methods study data were derived from Singapore General Hospital domain sources over period 1 January 2020 till 31 May covering when initial outbreak surge cases happened. models its variants take into consideration evolution rapidly evolving policies processes Results calibrated against historical situation. Several model developed adapt fast-changing situation Conclusion agility adaptable robust collaborative management structure enabled quick deployment human capital resources sustain high level services delivery surge.
