ABSTRACT
Background Achieving a higher level of accessibility and equity to community healthcare services has become major concern for health service delivery from the perspectives planners policy makers in China. Methods In this study, we introduced comprehensive door-to-door (D2D) model, integrating it with open OD API results precise computation hospitals over different transport modes. For D2D public transit mode, computed temporal variation standard deviation at times day. Additionally, values riding driving simple mode were also comparison. Moreover, Lorenz curve Gini index assess differences across Results The exhibits noticeable fluctuations based on time Accessibility notably influenced by traffic flow between 8 AM 11 AM, while during period 12 PM 10 PM, hours became more significant determinant Nanjing. moments most equitable inequitable overall spatial layouts respectively. Among four modes, traditional exhibited smallest index, value only 0.243. contrast, widely preferred accessing services, had highest value, reaching 0.472. Conclusion proposed method combined model is effective real Spatial experience variations. transportation factor affecting level.
