ABSTRACT
With the ever-growing popularity of food deliver, more and consumers are embracing this convenience as part their lifestyle. However, issue waste created by deliver industry has become a pressing concern in society. This paper aims to examine link between delivery services, investigate effects anti-food regulations on generation choice logistics strategies an Online-to-Offline (O2O) supply chain. Using game-theoretical approach, we focus two prominent strategies—the restaurant-free self-logistics strategy ( RF strategy) platform-charge PC strategy). Our research results show that regulation can effectively reduce service under strategy. The is constrained online market potential, relative costs platform logistics, regulations. If strict, long size not simultaneously small, will be equilibrium strategy, whereas chain members should choose study thus offers useful inferences for theory practice.
