Heterogeneity measurement of the impact of the rural land three rights separation policy on farmers’ income based on DID model

ABSTRACT
Introduction As is well known, the policy of separating three rights another important milestone in China’s land system reform. This has been effect for 10 years and great significance to livelihoods rural families. In implementation policies, some farmers have obtained more management rights, but temporarily lost their rights. Existing research shown that there no consensus on separation increasing farmers’ income, especially terms heterogeneity research, which scattered. Methods We will use latest national fixed observation point data from Ministry Agriculture Rural Affairs 2011 2020, as Peking University Treasure Database, West Lake Law Library China Statistical Yearbook, Yearbook. paper matched unbalanced panel 9,846 household samples 30 provinces except Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan Xizang, conducted an empirical study using multi time DID method. Result The overall result shows can improve income farmers, impact obvious after promulgation relevant laws. From perspective heterogeneity, with training, food crop planting relatively large scales are significantly affected by policy’s increase effect. Discussion Scholars yet find a good explanation how affects income. this article, it appears promoted through intermediary mechanisms such investment level, credit non-agricultural employment level.
