ABSTRACT
The aim was to investigate the outcome of vaginal delivery full-term pregnancies in patients after transvaginal-natural orifice transluminal endoscopic surgery (vNOTES) treatment for gynecological disorders.A case series report.A medical university hospital.12 cases successful surgery.Long-term follow-up with fertility needs surgery.From 2018 2021, 163 diseases were treated by vNOTES. One hundred forty-seven followed up, a rate 90.1%. average time 28 (15-47) months, including 66 requirements. Among these patients, 12 successfully got pregnant and completed delivery, 10 2 cesarean section, no adverse pregnancy outcomes associated vNOTES arising.Vaginal appears be safe feasible would not one bases elective delivery.
