Bartonellosis is a zoonotic infectious disease caused by Bartonella spp. Small mammals are the most important hosts of and play an role in its long-term maintenance spread. The multi-organ studies help understand prevalence more systematically comprehensively. This study aimed to investigate small explore genetic diversity infected strains influencing factors from Mile City Lianghe County, Yunnan Province. were captured County Province July August 2019. Spleen kidney tissues collected gltA gene was amplified detect analyze two regions organs. 14.29% (43/301). County's risk infection 3.79-fold (95%CI: 1.39-13.35) compared that City.
