ABSTRACT
Background: The study aimed to detect DEGs associated with BRCA bone metastasis, filter prognosis biomarkers, and explore possible pathways. Methods: GSE175692 dataset was used between metastatic cases non-bone cases, followed by the construction of a PPI network among DEGs. main module then determined pathway analysis on genes within performed. Through performing Cox regression, Kaplan-Meier, nomogram, ROC curve analyses using GSE124647 datasets at same time, most significant prognostic biomarker gradually filtered. Finally, important pathways biomarkers were explored GSEA analysis. Results: 74 detected metastasis groups. A total 15 nodes included in whole they mainly correlated IL-17 signaling pathway. We performed two only enrolled p < 0.05 into further analyses. Kaplan-Meier showed that common AGR2 expression related survival time cases. Further, nomogram greatest contribution probability revealed its optimal performance. More importantly, high prolonged patients. These results all suggested importance BRCA. we found negatively NF-kβ Conclusion: finally as it may play vital role cancer progression regulating NF-kB
