ABSTRACT
Genomic data enable the development of new biomarkers in diagnostic laboratories. Examples include from gene expression analyses or metagenomics. Artificial intelligence can help to analyze these data. However, laboratories face various technical and regulatory challenges harness Existing software for genomic is usually designed research does not meet requirements use as a tool. To address challenges, we recently proposed conceptual architecture called “GenDAI”. An initial evaluation “GenDAI” was conducted collaboration with small laboratory form preliminary study. The results this pre-study highlight requirement feasibility approach. also yields detailed requirements, cases practice, prototype “PlateFlow” exploring user interface concepts.
