ABSTRACT
Green recycled aggregate concrete (RAC) with high strength and low shrinkage is prepared based on coarse produced by the particle-shaping aggregate-strengthening method green low-carbon new cement. This not only effectively alleviates shortage of natural resources, but also improves performance concrete, which great significance for multi-channel resource utilization construction waste. In this study, three kinds aggregates (RCA), including simple crushing (JD-RCA), one-time (KL-RCA) two-time (EKL-RCA), were from preparation technology aggregate, belite sulphoaluminate cement excellent was used. The effects quality, replacement ratio, cementitious material content mechanical properties studied in comparison ordinary Portland cement-based concrete. testing results show that can improve quality. compressive dry made particle-shaped are a little different those even better than under condition ratio aggregate. addition, (HBRAC) has early rapid hardening, drying resistance, its rate be reduced to more 75% compared (OPRAC).
