ABSTRACT
Nailfold videocapillaroscopy (NVC) is an easy tool used for the assessment of patients with Raynaud’s phenomenon (RP) as possibly associated systemic sclerosis (SSc). Recent insights have also highlighted its role in diagnostic idiopathic inflammatory myopathies (IIMs). The aim this study to describe NVC a series 361 consecutive interstitial lung disease (ILD). All were assessed by clinical pulmonary and rheumatic examinations, blood exams, high-resolution computed tomography NVC. was considered positive only presence avascular areas or giant capillaries, but also, bushy capillaries (BCs) recorded. 17.7% ILD 78.1% diagnosis connective tissue (CTD).
