ABSTRACT
Tropospheric duct is an anomalous atmospheric phenomenon over the sea surface that seriously affects normal operation and performance evaluation of electromagnetic communication equipment at sea. Therefore, achieving precise sensing tropospheric profound significance for propagation signals. The approach inverting refractivity from easily measurable radar clutter also known as (RFC) technique. However, inversion precision conventional RFC technique low in low-altitude evaporation environment. Due to weak attenuation over-the-horizon target signal it passes through duct, its strength much stronger than clutter. this study proposes a new method joint height (EDH) based on echo by combining deep learning. By testing noise immunity method, experimental results show mean error RMSE MAE proposed paper are reduced 41.2% 40.3%, respectively, compared with EDH range 0 40 m. In particular, 16.7 m 54.2% 56.4%, method. It shows more sensitive lower which obviously enhances has effectively improved practicality
