ABSTRACT
The geographically spatial and controlled distribution of fossil fuel resources, catastrophic global warming, depletion resources have forced us to integrate zero- or low-emissions energy such as wind solar, in the generation mix. These renewable are unexhausted, available around globe, free cost. advancement solar technologies has caused an appreciable decrease installed levelized costs electricity via these sources. Therefore, penetration mix can provide a promising solution above-mentioned problems. aim simultaneously reducing consumption terms “Fuel Cost” “Emission” thermal power plants is called combined economic emission dispatch problem. It combinatorial multi-objective optimization this problem allocate load demand losses on committed units way that overall reduced, while legal bounds (constraints) met. highly non-linear complex valve-point loading effect makes non-convex. addition (RERs) adds more complexities because they intermittent. In work, chaotic salp swarm algorithms (CISSA) used solve Chaos alternative randomization for tuning control variable improve trait obtaining extrema. Different test cases having different combinations thermal, solved using proposed algorithm. results show superiority study comparison existent research cost emissions.
