ABSTRACT
Heart failure (HF) is a severe disease and one of the most important causes death in our society nowadays. A significant percentage patients hospitalized for decompensation heart are readmitted after some weeks or months due to an expected bad uncontrolled HF evolution lack patient supervision real time. Herein presented straightforward electric model useful volume leg section calculus based on bioimpedance test as way assist with acute patient’s supervision. The method has been developed time-evolution edema evaluation patients’ corresponding legs. data picked up wearable device specifically patients. As initial step, calibration proposed extract extracellular component from measurements done healthy subjects, then applied unhealthy ones. intra- resistance components calculated fitted Cole–Cole parameters derived BI spectroscopy measurements. Results obtained pilot assay, subjects show sensitivities [mL/Ω], much lower values than people, being excellent biomarker discriminate between both. Finally, circadian cycle measured extension work, enabling alternative parameter characterization day human activity any person.
