ABSTRACT
In response to the structural optimization problem of PCB stator coreless disc motors, orthogonal surface method was used optimize motor structure, preliminarily determine basic parameters motor, and conduct experiments on based design objectives. The factors were quantity magnetic pole rotor p, ratio main/auxiliary sizes Rnd, thickness Tm permanent magnet, air gap length δ. torque Td, amplitude density Bδ, waveform distortion rate THD as that cause reach a maximum minimum. Due use plates instead cores in service life board during operation will be reduced with temperature increase generated by winding. To solve this problem, analysis carried out reduce windings motor. winding are main affecting motor’s increase. Taking board, hole diameter uneven width factors, lowest obtained. A simulation conducted using Ansys/Maxwell software, results prove feasibility optimization.
