ABSTRACT
The rapid growth of electronic health (eHealth) systems has led to serious security and privacy challenges, highlighting the critical importance protecting sensitive healthcare data. Although researchers have employed blockchain tackle data management sharing within eHealth systems, substantial concerns persist as a primary challenge. In this paper, we introduce TrustHealth, secure system that leverages trusted execution environment (TEE) technology. TrustHealth design smart contracts offer robust hashing protection for patients’ We provide SQLCipher, isolating all operations from untrusted ensure confidentiality integrity Additionally, TEE-empowered session key generation protocol enables authentication both parties involved in sharing. Finally, implement using Hyperledger Fabric ARM TrustZone. Through performance evaluation, is shown securely process massive encrypted flows at rate 5000 records per second, affirming feasibility our proposed scheme. believe offers valuable guidelines implementation similar providing contribution ensuring systems.
