ABSTRACT
Cyberattacks have become more frequent and violent in recent years. To date, defensive infrastructure has been relatively static, security functions are usually placed a common order that does not depend on the current situation. We propose concept of attack-aware Security Service Function Chain reordering. The idea is to change depending malicious traffic observed. present basic idea, evaluate impact function chain order, introduce framework for Our evaluation shows often significant performance there no single outperforms all other orders every proposed proof-of-concept successfully validates feasibility reordering, we additional extensions eliminate remaining deficiencies.
