ABSTRACT
High-voltage gain conversion is necessary for several applications, especially low voltage renewable source applications. In order to achieve a high-voltage gain, the presented paper proposes class of transformerless DC-DC converters based on three switched-capacitor networks. The proposed have following characteristics: reduced stress capacitors and power devices; obtained high with small duty cycle; conduction losses in switches. To verify operation principle converters, detailed analysis different conditions comparison considering existing topologies are also discussed paper. Moreover, parameter selection controller design determined. Finally, reconfirm theoretical analysis, both simulation experimental results taken from 400 W prototype operating at 60 kHz given.
