ABSTRACT
The paper presents a performance prediction model of marine low-speed two-stroke diesel engines based on an advanced MCC (mixture controlled combustion) coupled with fuel injection model. Considering the time real calculation, so-called “concentrated exhausting gas” scavenging and working process are used in present work, improved by introducing ratio pure combustion product over total gas mass cylinder as expression medium components. reaction rate zero-dimensional is fraction spray, relationship between quality established. Meanwhile, was simplified diffusion phases integrated order to respond change profile timing. A large-scale engine for simulation. results whole consistent experimental data speed calculation fast enough simulation low engines. can be design calibration electronic control system optimization engine.
