ABSTRACT
In modern power electronics-based systems, accurate modeling is necessary in order to analyze stability and the interaction between different elements, which are connected it. State space seems a valid approach study modes of certain system their correlation with its states. Unfortunately, this may require complicated calculations it difficult model advanced or emerging control techniques for grid-tied converters, such as cascaded controllers (e.g., voltage current) virtual synchronous generators (VSGs). Moreover, does not allow an easy reconfiguration modeled by adding, removing modifying elements. To solve problems, paper presents step-by-step converter based on Component Connection Method (CCM). The CCM explained detail practical example given, one exemplary VSG available literature. obtained finally validated experimentally demonstrate accuracy approach.
