ABSTRACT
The article analyzed the state of global problem ecological safety EU and argued need to create a methodology for planning technologically integrated projects “European Green Deal” (TIP “EGD”) that accounts risks stakeholders, i.e., state, project executors, resource suppliers, managers, clients. Each these has an individual set values determines risk them. Herein is proposed taxonomy three ranks TIP “EGD” involving agricultural waste, determined by their characteristics, products, requirements stakeholders. authors point out tools quantitative assessment stakeholders waste distinguish four groups components with regard value such projects. A model formation presented addresses management each stakeholder values. develop (models, methods, algorithms) type discussed.
