ABSTRACT
Introducing a cathode modification layer is an effective method to obtaining highly efficient organic solar cells (OSCs) and improving their stability. Herein, we innovatively introduced double (SnO2/ZnO) into non-fullerene OSCs based on PM7:IT-4F explored the mechanisms. The effects of SnO2/ZnO film charge carriers transfer in are studied via variety electrical testing methods including Photo-CELIV measurements. As result, buffer with low recombination rate high carrier mobility could be introduced, which beneficial electron transport collection. champion device acquires efficiency 12.91%, obviously higher than that single (SnO2 or ZnO) device. Moreover, demonstrated great help improvement stability, our work provide new inspiration for preparation layer.
