ABSTRACT
The change in the European Union’s policy related to energy transformation of Europe and departure from fossil resources may contribute accelerated closure many coal mines. Therefore, it is necessary solve problem surface subsidence after end underground mining suitability post-mining areas for re-use so-called reclamation areas. In case suitable re-use, determine value final subsidence. It also important specify time which influences will no longer have a significant impact on infrastructure environment. Analyses observed operation indicate that this process last several months dozens or even hundreds years. depends individual characteristics area, including depth exploitation, system, behavior surrounding rock mass, etc. article presents an in-depth analysis residual its duration using proprietary forecasting method Gauss–Markov algorithm based example German Lohberg mine (Ruhr District), whose activity was completed January 2006.
