ABSTRACT
Background: Physical and mental health are the basis of life satisfaction (LS), even during adolescence. The aim this study was to identify associations between LS types physical activity (PA) in Czech Polish boys girls. Methods: research involved 933 girls 663 aged 15–19 years. diagnosed using Bern Subjective Well-Being Questionnaire WHO-5 Index. International Activity Questionnaire-long form (IPAQ-LF) questionnaire used weekly PA. Results: Adolescents with highest had more recreational, moderate, vigorous, total strongest PA were who participated vigorous (VPA). recommendations for VPA fulfilled by 45% 46% 40% 50% girls, LS. most significant positive moderator participation organized Boys 1.94 times likely meet recommendation than lowest Similarly, 1.77 these recommendations. Conclusions: Promoting both current subjective well-being PA, an emphasis on achieving recommendations, may support general a healthy lifestyle adolescents.
