ABSTRACT
Despite the growing efficiency of map-design process in general, tactile mapping has remained peripheral to mainstream cartography. For a specific group people with visual impairment, however, maps are only effective way obtain complex idea about geospatial distribution surrounding world. As there numerous specifics creating these 3D and limited users, products have usually been either very simple creations or, on other hand, difficult expensive produce. Modern trends progress availability new technologies (e.g., printing) bring possibilities for keeping map production both up date. Therefore, this paper aims present methodology apply TouchIt3D technology link 3D-printed multi-material mobile device. Utilizing solution resulted set interactive following current inclusive education. Using OpenStreetMap data together semi-automated workflow significantly lowered expenses compared antecedent similar functionality. A was designed, focusing three use cases independent movement: walking, using public transport, tourism.
