ABSTRACT
The main aim of this research study was to assess the interactive effects water deficiency and inoculation a growth medium with Beauveria bassiana on plant growth, nutrient uptake, secondary metabolite contents, antioxidant capacity Allium cepa. A. cepa seedlings were simultaneously exposed one three watering regime treatments (3-day, 5-day, 7-day intervals) B. or no-fungus treatment. While longest interval induced reduced plants inoculated had better results than those in Significant (DF = 2.0; p < 0.05) between fungus P, K, Fe contents observed. Remarkably, at interval, polyphenol content (64.0 mg GAE/L) significantly higher treated no-fungus-treated plants. affected 2, 6; F 7.4; total flavonol among fungus-treated interaction 3.8; influenced onion bulbs activities FRAP assay 4.1; 0.05).
