ABSTRACT
Enterobacterales is a prevalent order, which inhabits variety of environments including food. Due to the high similarities between pathogenic and non-pathogenic species, their identification might be difficult laborious, therefore there need for rapid precise identification. The aim this study was compare effectiveness available methods identifying order strains isolated from fresh fish shrimps (n = 62). following were used in study: biochemical, sequencing using matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry (MALDI-TOF MS). For purpose, biochemical performed with use EnteroTest 24N set, while MALDI-TOF MS technology operated on VITEK® MS. Results compared made by 16S rRNA sequencing. results showed that conventional provide false result. Identification species level correct at 70.97%, accuracy did not exceed 50.0%. genus reached 90.32% technique, it nearly 70.0%. errors identification, especially organisms, each these should confirmed another method, preferably
