ABSTRACT
To study the influence of laser power, scanning speed, and cleaning water content on effect obtain best parameters, this paper conducted a simulation analysis process carried out pulse porcelain insulators experiment to verify. The results show that rate gradually increases as power from 20 W 25 W. As speed 1000 mm/s 2500 mm/s, overlapping decreases, takes lead in increasing then decreasing. appropriate is conducive cleaning; when 0.115 g, efficiency reaches highest value 98.20%. When W, 2000 can reach 96.87%. This shows reasonable choice parameters effectively clean insulator surface filth better morphology.
