ABSTRACT
The quality of synthesized materials is affected by various factors such as the prehistory substances used and synthesis technology. Most methods for synthesizing luminescent ceramics based on metal oxides rely high-temperature heating to facilitate necessary exchange elements between precursor particles. However, a promising alternative method involves direct application powerful high-energy radiation flux, which stimulates different processes. formation through this occurs in highly ionized medium, may produce results from those achieved thermal exposure. This paper reports findings study that explores relationship morphology properties YAG:Ce characteristics Y2O3 Al2O3 synthesis, dispersity activator concentration. indicate ceramic samples significantly powder mixture used.
