ABSTRACT
In this paper, infrared polarization detection information acquisition technology is proposed, and the characteristics of oil spills are modeled studied. A set long-wave equipment for designed built, modeling research on spill carried out to accurately detect identify types faster processing events. Oil accuracy increased by defining maintenance method optical system reducing measurement error brought imaging system. As a result, higher than 3% contrast exists between degree image corrected intensity image. Outdoor tests using oil, palm crude gasoline, diesel in controlled environment collect data various species. According findings, each species’ with seawater typically greater its contrast. However, saltwater, diesel, which difficult data, show noticeable difference, further proving viability utilizing discern spills.
