ABSTRACT
To mitigate potential safety hazards during expressway operation, evaluation plays a crucial role. This study develops fuzzy comprehensive model to assess the of operations. First, an operation risk assessment index system consisting four criteria-layer indicators and 10 sub-criteria layer is established. Then, weight each calculated based on combined AHP entropy methods. Finally, level obtained by converting qualitative into sets defining corresponding membership functions describe their degree membership. The applied Jinliwen Expressway in mountainous area Zhejiang Province, China. results show that method could quantitatively comprehensively evaluate status expressways identify weak links operational management, which can effectively improve research findings will assist decision-makers gaining better understanding issues and, thus, using measures enhance expressway.
