Priorities of Active Aging Policy in Iran

Background and Objectives: In spite of the aging Iranian population, real needs elderly as a vulnerable group have not been given much attention, so they need serious consideration authorities for their comprehensive exposure. Therefore, in this study we tried to identify priorities active policy making planning that it can meet all needs. So, factors affecting large-scale managerial policies could be good predictive factor coming years. Material Methods: The method project is qualitative content analysis study. statistical population consisted 287 managers organizations related provision services. research tool was questionnaire which developed by researcher. Quantitative assessment done using validity ratio (CVR) index (CVI). Data were analyzed descriptive statistics, one sample t-test SPSS software. Results : According findings study, nutrition, housing, leisure planning, income security, urban spaces, mental health, community attitudes health literacy, lifelong learning employment are effective prioritizing nutrition with 0.512 loading has most important "lifelong training" 0.820 least defining prioritizing. Conclusion: If government make policy-making based on priorities, need-based becomes coherent integrated, significant results expected improve condition elderly.
