ABSTRACT
Background: Intracameral moxifloxacin is commonly used following intraocular surgery to prevent endophthalmitis. Pigment dispersion a rare complication of use that has mainly been reported systemic administration. Case presentation: We report case unilateral pigment three weeks after open-globe repair with intracameral presenting pain, redness, photophobia, elevated pressure, marked liberation, new iris transillumination defects and deposits on the anterior surface. Conclusion: Symptomatic IOP elevation entity, but it crucial for clinicians be aware as antibiotic becomes more frequent.
