EFEK ANTIDIABETES HERBA CIPLUKAN (Physalis angulata LINN.) PADA MENCIT DIABETES DENGAN INDUKSI ALOKSAN

ABSTRACT
Antidiabetic effects of water extract ciplukan ( Physalis angulata L.) herbs has been done with the test method alloxan diabetes induction. Water was fractionated using n-hexane, ethyl acetate and water.The results showed that dose 10 mg/kgbw fraction of  4.84 have similar effect glibenclamide 0.65 mg/kgbw. The phytochemical screening contains alkaloids, flavonoids, saponins, polyphenols, steroids triterpenoids, monoterpenoids sesquiterpenoids. ABSTRAK Telah dilakukan uji efek antidiabetes ekstrak air herba Ciplukan dengan metode induksi  aloksan. Selanjutnya difraksinasi pelarut n-heksan, etil asetat dan air. Hasil membuktikan bahwa dosis mg/kgbb fraksi 4,84 mempunyai yang sama pembanding glibenklamid 0,65mg/kgbb. penapisan fitokimia menunjukkan simplisia mengandung alkaloid, flavonoid, saponin, polifenol, steroid triterpenoid, monoterpenoid seskuiterpenoid.
