Impact of Monitoring and Evaluation best practices on project sustainability in the Functional Adult Literacy project of Bible Society of Rwanda

ABSTRACT
Project management is taking the step of contributing to life transformation community and Nation.It needs professional knowledge have good practices leading project team work with all stakeholders achieve stated goals meet success criteria at a specified time.In addition that, Monitoring Evaluation must play big role able communicate right time finding improve implementation.This study seeks determine Impact best on sustainability in Functional Adult Literacy Bible Society Rwanda.The Descriptive research survey design method was used, used quantitative method.The target population 122 people among stakeholders, census where taken as sample size.The questionnaire tool data collection.The cronbach alpha coefficient formula find out reliability validity instruments.The statistical package for social science (SPSS) software vision 2016 analysis process.And findings were presented interpreted by using frequencies tables.After results showed that M&E influence sustainability; Out respondents, 0.8% strongly disagreed, 1.6% respondents unsure, 80.3% agreed 15.6% communicated large audience; 3.3% 87.7% 9% helped them interact others responsibility managing; 100% employees improved their skills participating Literacy.The there positive significant relationship between values r=0.768.It suggested consider outside specialists help monitoring assessment planning.Aside from they may want increasing employees' ability planning, monitoring, evaluation.Finally, it concluded implemented skilled personnel, stakeholder involvement, participation impact adult literacy performance Rwanda.
