ABSTRACT
Case ReportSAPHO syndrome is an acronym for "Synovitis, Acne, Pustulosis, Hyperostosis and Osteitis".It combination of cutaneous musculoskeletal manifestations, such as osteoarthritis hyperostosis bones the anterior chest wall associated with acne fulminans hidradenitis suppurativa.We present case a 15-year old boy left hip, osteitis carpal right clavicula conglobata.Bone biopsy hip has been carried out Propionibacterium acnes was found in bone lesion.Identification from SAPHO occasionally reported, which could suggest that microorganisms be trigger may play role pathogenesis disease.Our patient treated nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, antibiotics corticosteroids, resulted clinical improvement, but not complete remission, so we introduced methotrexate therapy.The purpose this study to raise awareness set features its early recognition prompt therapy.
