ABSTRACT
Body fluid monitoring and management are essential to control dyspnea prevent re-hospitalization in patients with chronic heart failure (HF). There several methods estimate monitor patient's volume status, such as symptoms, signs, body weight, implantable devices. However, these might be difficult use for reasons that slow reflect water change, inaccurate specific patients' condition, or invasive. Bioelectrical impedance analysis (BIA) is a novel method HF, the value prognosis has been proven previous studies. We aim determine efficacy safety of home BIA monitoring-guided HF treatment HF. This multi-center, open-label, randomized trial will enroll who taking loop diuretics. The group monitored using device receive messages regarding their edema status direction additional diuretics usage behavioral changes through linked application system once weekly. usual management. primary endpoint change N-terminal prohormone brain natriuretic peptide levels from baseline after 12 weeks. provide crucial evidence patient
