ABSTRACT
The aim: Is to study dynamics of resorptive potential bone tissue by indicators protease and antiprotease systems in the process treatment generalized periodontitis patients with age-related osteoporosis without osteoporotic changes skeleton. Materials methods: In 102 patients, before start 2, 4 12 weeks, concentration pro-resorbing matrix metalloproteinases: stromelysin (MMP-3), collagenase (MMP-8) gelatinase (MMP-9) were determined blood plasma mixed oral fluid. antiresorbtive was evaluated a inhibitor metalloproteinases (TIMP-1) plasma. general activity α1-antitrypsin (α1-AT) α2-macroglobulin (α2-MG). Results: most significant are recorded for content MMP-9 fluid, regardless presence systemic disorders metabolism (P < 0.05). Concentration MMP-8 is significantly increased fluid accordance severity disease course <0.05). observed increase ratio TIMP-1 periodontitis, complicated 0.05), indicates an imbalance protease-antiprotease system. Conclusions: allows us correctly choose tactics prevent development complications.
