ABSTRACT
Many alloys and aluminum composites have been produced in recent years for improved material performance. Al 6061 is now an alloy with a wide range of uses owing to its excellent microstructure. For the manufacture matrix (AMC), it wise option matrix. The in-situ process produces composites, according this research. It investigates mechanical properties modern fabrication, processing conditions, multiple reinforcements employed. Numerous researches shown that latest commonly used ideal designing Al-6061 Alloy reinforcing TiC, TiB2, Al2O3, SiC, other inorganic, biological elements, hybrid, nanomaterials. A variety researchers indicated higher reinforcement increased composites' tribological properties. Moreover, hybrid outperformed single-reinforcement terms Industrial agricultural residues are also recorded be composites. Scientific investigations should concentrate on characterization nanocomposites, which lot promise as exotic technologies.
