ABSTRACT
Previous studies have reported that the -methyladenosine demethylase ALKBH5 can regulate adipogenesis in humans. However, its function birds remains unclear. In this study we aimed to explore expression and of gene chicken adipose tissue. The results showed is widely expressed various tissues, relatively higher abdominal addition, tissue lean broilers than fat at 2 3 weeks age. Moreover, proliferation differentiation preadipocytes are associated with reduced increased , respectively. We also found knockout promotes preadipocyte proliferation, as evidenced by an increase cell viability, DNA replication activity, G-S cycle progression, expressions . Furthermore, after lipid droplet accumulation significantly. Thus, our indicated a novel regulator preadipocytes.
