ABSTRACT
To explore the possibility of transgenic animals by testicular injection, goat heart-type fatty acid binding protein (H-FABP) expression vector pEGFP-H-FABP was injected into testis 6 mice randomly liposome mediated transfection. By detection slice, sperm fluorescence and DNA PCR, exogenous gene expressed in parental mice. The at different levels both F1 generation gave birthed treated male normal female F2 generated mating could be detected that with positive rates 4% 30.23%, respectively. results suggested testicu-lar as an effective method to generate animal, realize stable integration gene. amelioration maturity injection provides theoretical practical significance trans-genic even animal trait improvement breeding.
