ABSTRACT
This study proposes a service quality evaluation model framework which integrates automatic data acquisition, intelligent processing and real-time analysis with online comment as sources by introducing natural language technology based on management methods to break the traditional idea of over-reliance human resources for evaluation. The is mainly divided into text preparation, fine-grained sentiment fuzzy cloud models. Data preparation module responsible preparing initial data, pre-training classification model. uses obtained from first two modules evaluate quality. By applying catering industry, feasibility proved individuality, efficiency, dynamicity intelligence give it more advantage in practice
