ABSTRACT
Sister Mary Joseph's nodule is an inconspicuous and uncommon clinical sign of advanced malignant disease, especially gastric cancer.Pregnancy-associated cancer extremely rare condition can be difficult to diagnose, due the absence or misinterpretation symptoms as pregnancy-related.Diagnostic aids, such a basic chemistry panel imaging techniques, may not show any abnormalities.We present case 37-yearold pregnant patient whose umbilical was first presenting physical cancer, which had metastasized throughout abdominal pelvic regions.
