[Safety and efficacy of dual guiding catheter kissing technique in the treatment of stent partially dislodgement in coronary artery].

Objective: To investigate the safety and efficacy of dual guiding catheter kissing technique (DCK) in treatment stent partly dislodgement coronary artery. Methods: The study retrospectively involved 6 hospitalized patients with artery during PCI at First Affiliated Hospital Zhengzhou University from February 2016 to June 2019, DCK was used these patients. We observe success rate retrieval, PCI, incidence complications major adverse cardiovascular events 1 year follow up. Results: were involved, which 3 are male, ages range 49 68 years old, 4 diagnosed unstable angina, other two stable angina. All partially disloged stents successfully removed Except for patient who refused stenting again, 5 implanted stenting. No serious occurred, no died happened Conclusions: is safe effective remove dislodged artery.目的： 探讨在经皮冠状动脉介入治疗过程中，采用双指引导管对吻技术取出部分脱载冠状动脉支架的安全性和有效性。 方法： 本研究为回顾性、队列研究。连续入选2016年2月至2019年6月期间，在郑州大学第一附属医院心血管内科行冠状动脉介入治疗过程中，发生冠状动脉支架部分脱载的6例冠心病患者，使用双指引导管对吻技术尝试取出脱载支架。收集患者的年龄、性别及临床诊断信息，记录支架取出的成功率，介入治疗的手术成功率以及住院期间并发症发生情况。术后随访1年，记录全因死亡和主要不良心脏事件的发生情况。 结果： 共入选6例支架部分脱载的患者，男性3例（3/6），年龄49~68岁，其中不稳定性心绞痛4例（4/6），稳定型心绞痛2例（2/6）。所有患者均成功将部分脱载的冠状动脉支架取出体外。除1例患者放弃再次置入冠状动脉支架外，另外5例均成功置入冠状动脉支架。住院期间无严重并发症的发生，术后随访1年，无死亡病例，无不良心脏事件发生。 结论： 对于经皮冠状动脉介入治疗过程中需要取出部分脱载的冠状动脉支架的患者，双指引导管对吻技术安全有效。.
