ABSTRACT
Cardiovascular risk and related medical burden due to influenza in patients with chronic disease were higher than those of healthy subjects. As a result, vaccination is recommended as strategy for secondary prevention cardiovascular by major organizations, but the prevalence these population still low. Whether vaccine can prevent events such myocardial infarction death controversial based on current evidences from observational studies case-control studies, which may result study desion,subjects selection,outcome definition sample size issues. Recent meta-analysis showed that reduce risk, large-scale random controlled trials adequately power should be conducted confirm findings well target this further.
