ABSTRACT
Objective To investigate the prevalence of functional dyspepsia (FD) and its relationship with psychological factors in college students Zhejiang Province. Methods The two colleges Province were selected.The multi-stage stratified random cluster sampling method was conducted.The Rome Ⅲ adult FD diagnosis questionnaire (ROME Ⅲ-DQ) symptoms self rating scale (SCL-90) applied investigation.The data analyzed by x2 test t test.Results A total 1870 surveyed.The 5.78%.The female higher than that male (7.53 % vs 4.14 %,x2 =9.884,P<0.05).The senior highest all grade (x2 =13.83,P<0.05).In subtypes,postprandial distress syndrome more epigastric pain syndrome.The constipation defecation disorders most common overlap other gastrointestinal disorders. In SCL-90 survey,the scores each factor group those healthy control group.Conclusions high incidence correlated factors.
