ABSTRACT
Objective To study the vancomycin-resistant genes and virulence factors in Enterococci (VRE),and to analyze drug-resistance character epidemic characteristics of VRE strains provide basis for clincal selection drugs infection control. Methods were screened by agar dilution sieving plate (ADSP) containing 6 μg/ml vancomycin, drug resistance other common antibiotics detected VITEK-60 automatic microbial analyzer. The gene types factor determined PCR.And genetic relationships among multilocus sequence typing. Results Seven Enterococcus faecium found 360 enterococcus strains. All exhibited high-level vancomycin ; some them medium or senstive teicoplanin. They all carried vanA esp one 4 kinds genes. The ST type 7 diffused distribution. Conclusion We vanB phenotype genotype isolates Wenzhou; these multidrug various genes.Linezolid could be used as a recommend drug treatment infection. The protection sensitivity should strengthened.
